About Ironsides North
Built by people who’ve done the work
Ironsides North was built by experienced operators who’ve spent years inside sales, marketing, systems, and growth roles. We help businesses improve the processes, reporting, websites, and execution that shape real-world performance.
David Patterson
Sales, revenue operations, and business development
David brings a practical sales and operations perspective shaped by years in industrial distribution, SaaS, and business development leadership. He has worked directly with buyers, procurement teams, and operational stakeholders, and knows how messy real-world sales processes can get when pipeline discipline, reporting, and follow-up start to drift.
His work is grounded in helping businesses create better structure: clearer pipeline management, stronger operating rhythm, more useful reporting, and plans that people will actually follow. He combines commercial experience with a strong analytical bent, helping teams move from gut feel to better decisions.

Ryan Battles
Marketing, websites, systems, and execution
Ryan brings a rare mix of marketing leadership, technical depth, and hands-on execution. His background spans startup marketing, web development, SaaS growth, agency work, analytics, and marketing systems — which means he is comfortable moving from strategy into the practical details that make things actually work.
He has led marketing inside growth-stage companies, built digital experiences, improved conversion paths, and worked across content, automation, reporting, and optimization. His approach is especially useful for businesses that know they need better systems, better visibility, or a stronger website, but do not need a big agency or a lot of noise.

Joshua Addo
Data analysis, business intelligence, and KPI dashboards
Joshua brings a background most data analysts do not have: years of real business operations experience before the technical work. Joshua has spent more than five years in the banking sector, overseeing loan portfolios, designing financial products, and helping lead the business to its first annual profit. That experience gave him a practical instinct for what numbers mean and what leaders need in order to act.
He holds a Master of Professional Studies in Analytics from Northeastern University and works across Python, R, SQL, Power BI, and Tableau. At Ironsides North, he builds reporting infrastructure and dashboards that help clients see pipeline performance, KPIs, and business trends more clearly. He turns messy data into reporting that is useful, understandable, and built around real decisions.

What our team helps improve.
Ironsides North brings together practical experience across sales, marketing, systems, reporting, and execution — the areas that often determine whether a business keeps growing smoothly or starts feeling stuck.
Sales Process & Pipeline
We help businesses tighten pipeline management, improve follow-up, strengthen sales process, and create better visibility into what is actually moving.
Reporting & Decision Support
Better dashboards, clearer reporting, and more useful performance visibility help leadership make decisions with more confidence and less guesswork.
CRM & Internal Systems
When CRM workflows, handoffs, or internal processes get messy, we help simplify, clean up, and make the system more usable for the people inside it.
Websites & Conversion
We help businesses improve messaging, structure, calls to action, and conversion paths so the website does more than just sit there.
Automation & AI Workflows
We help teams apply automation and AI in practical ways — reducing manual work, improving consistency, and making workflows more useful.
Fractional Leadership & Project Support
Some clients need steady guidance each month. Others need a defined project. We support both, depending on the problem, the timing, and the level of internal support available.
